Understand the Rules That Protect Your Account

nypick4 operates under terms shaped by state law — access and eligibility depend on where you are and what your state permits. Before you fund your account with PayPal, Venmo, or Play+, this page tells you what governs the relationship between you and us.

LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

Reach Us With Policy or Account Questions

If something in our terms is unclear — or you need to exercise a right, dispute a charge, or request account data — here are the three ways to get a response from our team. For anything involving a PayPal or Venmo transaction, have your transaction ID ready before you reach out.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from your account dashboard. Describe your legal or policy question clearly and our team will pull up your account record to respond with specifics.
Email Support Send policy-related questions to our support address listed in the contact section of your account settings. Responses address your specific terms question, not a generic reply.
Account Help Center Your dashboard includes a Help Center tab with the current version of our terms, privacy policy, and cookie policy — all in plain language with section anchors you can link directly.
HOW WE HANDLE POLICY

Data, Cookies, Security and Your Account Rights

Every account on nypick4 is protected by SSL encryption in transit and access controls at rest. Here is what we do across the four areas that matter most to your privacy and security.

Data Handling We collect only what we need to verify your identity and process payments via PayPal, Venmo, or Play+. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
Cookie Policy We use session and analytics cookies. You can manage preferences through the cookie banner on first visit or return to it any time via the Privacy Settings link in your account footer.
Account Security Login is protected by two-factor authentication. If you access your account on mobile, the OTP is sent to your verified phone number and expires within five minutes of issue.
Data Retention and Requests We keep transaction and account records as required by applicable state law. To request a copy of your data or ask for deletion, submit a written request through the Help Center tab in your dashboard.

Common Legal Questions About Your Account

These are the questions we hear most often about rights, data, access, and how our terms work in practice. If yours is not here, use live chat or email as described above.

Access depends entirely on your state's laws. Our terms include a state eligibility clause that controls which states may hold active accounts. Check that clause or contact support with your state.

We pass only the transaction reference to our payment processor. We do not store your full PayPal credentials or Venmo login. Your payment provider's own privacy policy also applies to that transaction.

Submit a written data request through the Help Center tab in your account dashboard. We process requests in line with applicable state law and confirm receipt by email within two business days.

Start by contacting our support team with your Play+ transaction ID. We review the account record and coordinate with the Play+ prepaid network to resolve charge disputes in accordance with the payment terms.

We email all account holders when terms are revised and update the revision date at the top of the terms document. Continued use of your account after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Request account closure via live chat or email. We retain transaction records as required by state law after closure, but stop processing new data. The retention period is stated in our privacy policy.
